Radio Daze: Eating Rotten Shark, Drinking Fresh Beer

My latest installment of "Books & Beer" features a chat with Derek Dellinger, author of next year's "The Fermented Man."

Derek is the brewmaster at Kent Falls Brewery in Connecticut. He lived on nothing but fermented food in 2014.

Next up is AnnMarie Martin, author of thriller "The Hollow", which is set on the banks of the Hudson in Sleepy Hollow. That's Wednesday, January 28, 10 a.m. on WVOX/1460 AM (WVOX.com).

No Static At All!

So I have a radio show called Books & Beer. It is about books and beer. It is on WVOX in New Rochelle, on the second and fourth Wednesday of the month.

Here is most of my most recent show, featuring the Westchester-based author Marilyn Johnson, author of a really fun book about archaeology, and archaeologists, called "Lives in Ruins."
Part 1.
Part 2.

My first ever show, with Julia Sexton, author of "Hudson Valley Chef's Table", and the chef David DiBari, is here. You can hear me miss my first ever commercial cue.

Next up on January 14, 10 a.m., is author Derek Dellinger. He recently concluded a year in which he ate only fermented foods, and will publish a book about it. He's also a brew master at a brewery.

We'll sample something from Kent Falls Brewery, as well as something from Broken Bow in Tuckahoe.
